Utopia Hospice was founded on the principle of compassionate care for quality end-of-life for our patients. We do so by having a team of different people, with different skills working together. Utopia Hospice is not a chain or a corporate giant, far from it.
We provide care based on the individualized needs of the patient and their families. We seek to bridge the gap of inequality in healthcare, with a diverse team that understands the needs of the community that we serve.
We recognize dying as a natural, inevitable process when curative therapy is no longer effective. We seek neither to hasten nor prolong the dying process.
Our hope is to help the patient and the entire family achieve as much comfort as possible, not only by providing the finest care available, but by guiding them through the entire end-of-life process.
